Indentify those caps

I have a Forsa Nvidia Geforce 9600GT with those caps:
- ULR 16V 330 YC;
- ULR 4V 1200 YC;
- FZ78 1000 6,3V;
- 928 sep 330 16.
Can someone help me please indentify those caps?

FZ78 is Sacon FZ. Crap cap. If it's already blown it would have made a loud pop, if it's not, it will soon! Others will be along shortly to give you advice on a higher-quality replacement cap.

I just replaced some fZ's on three xfx 8600's two days ago. ALL popped. Same model.
