You DO have a 470k resistor. It is clearly shown in the photo in post #3 (yellow violet black orange brown) as listed on the BOM. Looking at that photo you have ALL the correct resistors, so I am at a loss as to why you think you have 5 wrong values. Nothing has been mispackaged if the resistors match up to their colour codes.

The only thing that I could see wrong was the 2 pots transposed, and the 220R and 220k resistors transposed.

Which 5 resistors do you think were wrong? Is your DMM working correctly?

Also, the LP2950 is marked differently from the other "transistors" because although it is in the same package, it is a voltage regulator, (as shown on the BOM),not a transistor.

thanks for pointing out regulator not arguing about that i just was not sure about it cause it did not match the numbers on pcb but you said it same so it there, as for the dmm not 100% sure cause on some resistors it reads as it should and others i question it and cannot get it to read 470k whatsoever however it reads 220k and others fine but i dunno i will get this thing now that you guys educated me bit more i will sit down and check with bom and chart and try to get another dmm to see if it reads different then mine right now i am not where the esr meter is to verify the color bands stay tuned i will update results..

UPDATE::::: Alright guys i am at work and checked everything over since you guys schooled the heck outta me and corrected those resistors via color bands without meter and bam it works perfect got it calibrated and it reads correct ..Thanks for the education and putting a dunce hat on me LOL ...anyways thanks for putting up with me got this working you guys were correct to the T...

One note when you measure the resistor, do not touch both probes with you hands/fingers otherwise you body resistance will come into play when you are making measurement, especially the high resistance resistor.
