Samsung LED monitor: board info & help

Whats up bad cappers, hoping you can help a newbie out.

The problem: bad Samsung LED monitor (no.s27b37oh) screen goes black every so often, and always lightly flickers in the first couple of minutes of use until it kind of 'kicks in' and lights up normally.

So read a few forums decided to open it up to check for bad caps. Here are some pics:

    Questions:
    1. What is meant by 35 T on the cap.. not volts??
    2. Same again what is meant by 50j on the small ones? Joules?
    3. What is the black cube looking thing that reads 220 228? It seems to have a tiny bit of residue on the top... is this a problem?
    4. Are all these parts you can buy off say ebay if any are bad?

Was thinking I was going to see a simple bulged cap and would know what i was looking at... I was wronnng!!!

    Thanks guys

Re: Samsung LED monitor: board info & help

Ive been browsing some of the component sites online.. im guessing ill just pick up a 220uf 35v, a couple of 10uf 50v and a 100uf 25v and try swap them over.

Can anyone shed any light on the black things? What are they exactly?
