OK You HAVE to have a voltage on the big cap else it would never work
Please try again meter on vDC600 put one prob to each leg of cap.
CARE high voltage.

The little cap I think is the start up cap and that again should always have some voltage - Perhaps re solder it and try - need the main board connected for that.

Still need a picture of the bottom of the board.

my meter doesnt have dc 600 option

whats the maximum dc voltage your meter goes up too can you post a picture of your meter so we can see what ur using?

This is the one. The big cap does output voltage. All of them do except that one I mentioned. Is there any voltage number I should be looking for

Yellow V500 for the big cap - answer should be your mains voltage x 1.41
