My BIOS has issues with internal video and RAM slot 1.

I need help with my Dell Latitude E5470. Today, I decided to add an M.2 SSD to my laptop. I already had a working 2.5" SATA HDD with Windows installed. My plan was to use the HD to boot and then format the SSD.

I installed the SSD and tried to boot from it, but it seemed very slow. Then I inserted the HD along with the SSD, thinking the system would boot from the HD and allow me to format the SSD.
