hello, need help with bios unlocking

HP Elite x360 G830 G9 2-in-1...

I posted yesterday about this then the problem changed and I had to delete it. Well Here is what is going on. hp 830 G7 board 6050A3142001-MB-A01 Basically no power and at first the caps key blinked 7 times so I'm thinking bios corrupt so I redid the bios on both chips and nothing so I had help and redid it a few times and still nothing. I do have a power light when the cord is plugged in and had a thought to check for 3.3v at the bios so I did and I had nothing. I spend quite some time trying to figure out why and coud not but here is where the wierd part comes after putting it aside for a bit...

I HAVE HP ELITEBOOK 830-G5 ITS NOT TURN ON
When i connect ac adaptor its showing just amber light bilking on dc jack . i reprogramed bios but still not turn on
can any one please assist me to find the issue?

3.38V on L60100
5.21V on L60200
1.05V on L60800
1.0V on L61400
3.36v on both bios 8th leg

Its not turning on just flash charging indicator , 5v and 3v is ok

Just a thread to post clean VSS2 files/dumps in.A clean VSS2 file can, in some cases, fix
the infamous **"Endpoint Security" error message.
Be aware that if you use a clean VSS2 you may need to fill in missing DMI info using HP BCU !

I`ve included some clean files/dumps,offsets and a few scripts to autopatch a few models.
The offsets and file sizes are part of the naming convention i`ve used for the extracted
files.

hoaca388 has made an excellent guide how to extract the VSS2 file and edit/clean it up by
filling everything after...
