ok, so for others with same problem:
1. download bios update from lenovo site for your model.
2. extract with 7zip bios image ( it has .fd extension, in my case WinKWCN38WW.fd)
3. drag extracted bios image into MEAnalyzer and see what CSME FIT you have to use - in my case 16.1 - note that ME is already "Configured" so no need to clean ME)
4. Decompose extracted image with MFIT 16.1 (drag .fd file into mfit, it will not recognize it if you choose "Decompose an image" unless you change .fd into .bin)...
