Hello please i need bios bin file clean me for Dell Latitude 7430 Clean dump...

I have a Dell Latitude 7430 that I've written UEFI variables to and deleted the key I need to erase them. To correct this I need to dump my BIOS and manually edit out the changes and write the BIOS back to my Dell. I own a CH341A Green board with variable power adjustment and a CH341A Black board and a Ponoma Fluke Chip clip. I see three chips which may be my BIOS or from what I've read two of the chips could be the BIOS. Can anyone help me understand how Dell has designed the board and how can I dump the full contents. I have 3 DELL Latitude 7430 with faulty MBs and 2 DELL Latitude 7400 with broken screens.
Both have 14'' touchscreen with 30 pin eDP
I try to connect the 7430 screen to 7400 and getting picture OK. Yuppie!
So far so good...
Reboot in BIOS settings to check battery, processor type , etc. everything is OK even the touch is working.
At this point I know everything is fine with pin assignment.
I installed a Windows 10 Pro x64 and as a big surprise the touchscreen is not working!
There is no mention about touchscreen in Device Manager… no device with yellow...

Hello guys, I need some help for troubleshoot my personal laptop. It's my first attempt to repair a laptop, I have good soldering skills and basic electronics knowledge.

Dell Latitude 7430 - not powering on, not charging.
The USB charger is negotiating the voltage and the USB meter shows 19.98V and 0.08A on both ports.
When I plug in the charger the led on the power button lights up and stays on for 30s, turns off for 1s and turns on again for 30s and so on.

The main power rail is done by ISL9538, without battery I have +8.6V and with the battery plugged in...
