Hello:

The GPU is recognised in windows but with an error, up on testing I found +1.35VSDGPU is missing for the Video Ram.

Coils (PLW1 & PLW2) read 78ohms on the video ram side when I lifted one side to isolate the video ram. I believe this is normal, let me know please?

Up on powering up no attempt is seen of any voltage on the coils.

The power supply (RT8816B) is receiving 2.6v on the enable pin.

There is 19v on the switching Mosfets (PQW1 & PQW2) via PLW3.

Power good output from RT8816GB remains at...

Hi guys, I got an Acer Ntro 5, MB: DH5VF LA-F952P rev. 1.0. It has a strange problem, some keys on the keyboard are inverted or give a different value (e.g. number 3 gives a ''q''). When I check the keyboard using any keyboard tester on the internet, all the keys are detected. I have already changed the keyboard and reprogrammed the EC chip using the EC .bin file I found on this forum and the problem still persists... I've seen a video in Spanish with exactly the same problem and the guy fixed it with reprogramming the EC chip... I still haven't touched BIOS. Chipset/PCH issue? Any help would...

Hi guys, I have this laptop with no display after it was dropped (owner claims).
Laptops starts up, fans spin for 5sec, keyboard lights up for about 20sec and goes off for about 5sec. then starts again with fans for 5sec and keyboard lights up and stays like that forever. Non of the USB ports work and I get the beep sound once charger plugged/unplugged.
I am not sure if it is a bios issue or some other damage to the board.
Original bios is 8MB while chip is 16MB (QH128AHIG)
I tried another bios from the other thread and my EZP2010 says 'file is too long'

early problem of this laptop is 19v short to ground, after replace cpu core mosfet (PQZ1) laptop does have power but missing 3valwp when on standby, 5valwp is normal...when i press power button 3v does appear but amp to low only showing 0.04a

i've replace step down ic (PU301) but problem still persist...EN1 showing 0v

With PQZ1 shorted, the cpu may be corpse already in this case. It may be normal for 3V to appear only after power on.
