Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 FH52M LA-J891P 3V Missing

early problem of this laptop is 19v short to ground, after replace cpu core mosfet (PQZ1) laptop does have power but missing 3valwp when on standby, 5valwp is normal...when i press power button 3v does appear but amp to low only showing 0.04a

i've replace step down ic (PU301) but problem still persist...EN1 showing 0v

With PQZ1 shorted, the cpu may be corpse already in this case. It may be normal for 3V to appear only after power on.
