alfredposadas09 thanks to your firmware I managed to resurrect the laptop!
I made several attempts and solved that with a more precise soldering of the EC chip.
I still have a problem with the (Italian) keyboard, which now doesn't recognize some keys (enter, T, Y, Z, X), could it be due to the firmware?
Once bitlocker was disabled I also installed the new firmware of HP 01.16.alfredposadas09 thanks to

Thanks alfredposadas09, but even the latest firmwares were not conclusive. The caps lock button keeps blinking 7 times every time I try to press the power button. With HxD I tried to see the new versions of the firmware you shared with me, but I didn't understand the changes you made. Thanks alfredposadas09, but even the latest firmwares were not conclusive. Hi, I tried to update the bios of u368 as suggested by alfredposadas09 in post 13, but without success. The Probook Aero 635 G7 doesn't start and flashes 7 times. I think the EC firmware is also corrupt. Anyone have any suggestions?
I suspect that the EC firmware is corrupt because the first bytes are set to 00 instead of FF as the ECs I see usually are. See post #12Hi, I tried to update the bios of u368 as suggested by alfredposadas09
