Hey, sadly it didn't help; the problem remains. I attached a video. The laptop will stay on this for a long while and then again on the HP logo and then finally boot in to the OS normally....Leave a comment:

Hello everyone,
Can someone please help with this BIOS? The laptop turns on and shows a picture, but it's extremely slow to boot; it takes minutes to get to the HP logo (without a disk), and with a disk it takes upwards of 20+ minutes to get to the point where the OS boots. I have removed only the main BIOS. If need be, I'll also post the 16 MB BIOS.
