Check for ic similar to bios chips use multimeter to check which component is shorted. I had same short o. 1080Ti and AAM7MA was shorted.

Hello
I have Rtx 2080 and the problem is explained below.
Gpu boots up and works perfectly on load without any issue. But when i turn off my computer and turn on again after short time it do not gives display.
When i turn on pc after 8 to 10 hours it gives display and works again perfectly.
Its passing Mats and not giving errors on any memory bank.
Please tell me what could be the problem with my gpu. -

Zotac 1080Ti Am Extreme missing components
Hello members,
I have Gigabyte 1080ti Amp Extreme.
It has a missing component near hdmi port as shown in photo. This photo is taken from Zotac 1080ti mini and mini has AAM7MC while Amp Extreme has AAM7MA missing.
I need your help as i searched this component on aliexpress and internet everywhere but I didn't find any seller having it or any datasheet.
IF anyone know about its actual name or marking please let me how to find it thank you.... -

12v is usually caused by mosfets make sure again if you properly checked the mosfets. Check datasheet and connect one probe of multimeter to gate of mosfet and other to ground on gpu.Leave a comment:
