RTX 2080 no display

Hello
I have Rtx 2080 and the problem is explained below.

Gpu boots up and works perfectly on load without any issue. But when i turn off my computer and turn on again after short time it do not gives display.

When i turn on pc after 8 to 10 hours it gives display and works again perfectly.

Its passing Mats and not giving errors on any memory bank.

Please tell me what could be the problem with my gpu.

What if u leave it running, but un-connect/reconnect the monitor cable ?

Still no display. Gives display only after several hours.
But yes i noticed another thing i used secondary gpu ddu old drivers and installed new one it gave display.

Also gives display on low resolution when plugged to different pcie slot. But upon loading drivers again screen gets black.

Yeah it's weird that it comes back after a while, I have no idea what's wrong

I checked with multimeter while no display it gives 3.2v on 5v inductor.
