I read with the mainboard connected and with it disconnected and it was all the same all zeros. but this my be because when the LED connector is in place I am unable to power on the TV.

I did exactly what you said last night and could get nothing but a zero's with the LED connector is in place. Then I tried this morning doing the same steps and it did work the meter jumped from 2.4 to 14.0 and fluctuated in between never settling on a number but consistently going down after it peaked at 14 until it read 0'sLeave a comment:

Thanks for the suggestion that worked out I was able to get a reading of the LED connection on the power supply board with the LEDs NOT connected. both D+ pins read at 458 when i Set meter to 600VDC. Ok so on the power supply board going to the mainboard they're supposed to be 13 volts with the exception of the ground all of them read at 12.5 volts while the Led's are disconnected and the TV is powered on. I get a strange reading on the meter which is a number 1 when the Led's are disconnected & I try to read the voltages of the LED connection on the Power supply Board when I tried to read the LED's while connected I got a conflicted result it was all zeros however I contributed this to the fact that I was unable to turn the TV power...Leave a comment:

no they do not power on when it is not connected to the mainboard... however when it is connected to the mainboard I can't even turn the TV on so I can't read the voltages right?Leave a comment:

I have a samsung UN60H6203AFXZA with issues to be completely honest I am a novice at best.I have replaced all three boards and the TV will not turn on unless I do not have the LED back lights connected power supply board. The TV does turn on but only when the LED lights are not connected to the power supply board I did a flashlight test that lets me see an image however I don't know how to tell if I need new LED lights or if my power supply board that I ordered was bad. I Am brand new to this site and do not know how to navigate it yet do not wish to break any kind of protocol just do not know... -
