Samsung UN60H6203AFXZA tv backlights strobe flashing, no sound

I have a samsung UN60H6203AFXZA that won't turn off with no sound and backlights flash like a strobe light. Of course no picture. I replaced the main board first, didn't fix it, replacec the power supply board next, still no luck, same problem. Need help before I go any farther. I was told to check here when I started to purchase the t-con board and was told that probably wouldn't help either. Anyone ever dealt with this problem? Thanks for any help in advance.

I have a samsung UN60H6203AFXZA with similar issues to be completely honest I am a novice at best.I have replaced all three boards and the TV will not turn on unless I do not have the LED back lights connected power supply board. The TV does turn on but only when the LED lights are not connected to the power supply board I did a flashlight test that lets me see an image however I don't know how to tell if I need new LED lights or if my power supply board that I ordered was bad.

Have you tried disconnecting the main board then power up and see if the backlights come on normally or do they still flash. If they still flash you may well have a led fault causing the led driver circuit to switch off.

Having repaired many Samsungs over time, I too would say it's a backlight issue (one of the LEDs inside the panel is on its way out, causing the intermittent flashing). First, disconnect the backlight connector from the power supply and see if the set turns on (I couldn't quite make out whether it does so). Use a strong flashlight to see if you can spot anything on the screen (since there will be no backlight to illuminate the screen). If the TV boots and displays something, it's most likely an LED issue - VERY common.
