I checked those mosfets I mentioned their not faulty its just that the gate voltage of pq213 is 20v so it cant saturate source-drain.
The issue I now looking at is that B+ voltage is 13.5v all across the board does anyone know where B+ gets generated off.
I really appreciate anyone helping me out on this.

Hi,
I have the schematics see attached file. I'm issues with this board too really looking to get some insight what you guys are getting in readings around.
Im getting not getting any voltage at all from source, gate and drain I am thinking about replacing them as it just doesnt make any sense why dont get voltage see attachment.
