LG oled 55EC930V no picture

Have an LG Oled 55EC930V, that was told had sound but no picture. When I have tried to turn it on, there is click from powerboard, and LG Logo illuminates, but then fades out and there is a second click from power board.

I have tested the voltages on the power cable to the mainboard, and all is ok, and also the voltages on power cable to the Tcon, and all read ok.


I know absolutely nothing about Oled's, or where to begin, I have never even seen one before now lol, so any help grately appreciated.

after 3 failed starts they lock up, then you need a service remote or ir blaster and a rc app.
