hi i have a Samsung as a above when you turn it on the back light comes on then flashes then the stand by light flashes 2 times the stops then flashes 2 times again . Then it cycles then does it again . i know the boards work as they are from a broken screen but i can still see the picture I've been told it could be a bad panel .Also when i disconnect the ribbon going to the main boards connected to the screen the back light comes on and stays on any help would be apricated I'm quite new to this but want to learn

if i disconnect what would be the left side of the tv and boot it up i get this also

Do the sellotape method, I would say about 5cm in width and block the clk lines on that side
Not sure where they are as the cable you’re holding is not showing traces
Also check all MLC for shorts they’re the small tan coloured caps, put meter in diode mode or beep mode
