Restore tv ALL STAR ASSTV3220HDS

Good day everyone. I have to restore the firmware of this android tv. My procedure is this: after inserting the usb key with the file in img format, I hold down the on button on the front panel and insert the power socket. turns on but does not go into fastboot the initial logo always appears and remains here. Isn't this the right procedure?

Maybe unsolder the spi flash and update the firmware on the programmer

I have removed the mainboard but I have not found any spy flash. I have a programmer mod.EZP2019 + which supports chips series 24 25 26 93. I have not found any chip with this abbreviation.

Did you remove the big black radiator from the processor ? Maybe spi flash is under it

I removed the black heatsink and couldn't find any flashes ... maybe it's not the right firmware

There is no SPI Flash, it has eMMC.
