Hi, I have this TV that won't turn on. Only the red LED is solid. All voltages are present on the power supply. I'm not sure how the inverter and CCFL lamps work (I haven't tested them). The green SMD LED is on on the main board. I'd like to reinstall the firmware, but I haven't been able to find it on the Toshiba website. Do you know where I can find it?
