Plasma Samsung PS42C450B1W no image

Hi I have here a plasma Samsung PS42C450B1W that turn on I can ear the inicial logo sound and can ear the Chanel sound but no image and I can see that as a half horizontal black line in the bottom and the other Alf I can see some kind off color pixel . Could some one help me on this ?.

Post a picture in a dark room of how the screen looks like when powered on, try opening the menu and see if it changes.

I try to put on the menu and no image also .
