I understand what you mean but this diode is not conect to the LNK6777E it , the anode goes straight to the transformer and the cathode goes to a resistence that is under the heatsheld and then goes to de 103m blue capacitor thats near the main capacitor

With no power applied, check the resistance between drain and source of the controller ic. I suspect the resistor under the heatsink could be open.

First you need the correct number of the controller. then you can look up the datasheet.
you posted : LNK6777E and LKN7666E

Is it a LNK6777E? if yes here is the datasheet

whit the power suplly off i have the only 2 pins that gave some value is the mark in red

so the feedback and bypass pin is the only ones that gives some value

Those are not the pins I asked you to check, Check between pins 5 and 7

Then I suspect the controller might be ok. Check the voltage between the main capacitor negative (HOT GROUND) and pin7 of the controller ic.

290v same as iff i mesured the capacitor direct

Check the voltage between the HOT Ground and pin 4 of the ic, this should be around 6VDC

no , got nothing betewen hot ground and pin 4

Check that there is no short between pin4 and hot ground, if nothing is shorted I suspect the ic is bad, the internal startup cell is bad or something inside is killing the 5.75v startup voltage.
