Hello, I have this TOSHIBA 32AV933G and it is stuck on standby LED (red). It doesn't turn on and the 12V is missing. Anyone has any experience with these PSUs and what to check? (DPS-140SP A)

Check all the voltages on the motherboard inductors, maybe there is no voltage or the voltage on them is too low.Comment

Check your power on and ir for voltage and change when you press buttons. Try heating up main chip and see if it comes on, BGA problem. 3.3v on pin8 of eeprom. 1.2v for processor core.
