Open the datasheet on CH341A and look at 9 pin if you switch to 3v power supply. In the circuit for modification, there is no need to remove the capacitors, but replace them with tantalum of higher capacity.

What panel do you have, number CY-xxxxx? And the full model number of your TV.

WARNING: If the /WP or /HOLD pins are tied directly to the power supply or ground during
standard SPI or Dual SPI operation, the QE bit should never be set to a 1.
To correct this drawback, you need to disconnect the legs #WP (pin 3) and #HOLD (pin7) from VCC
and connect them to VCC through 4.7 kohm resistors.

Sorry Lotas. My programmer is the one in the attached picture. What are the improvements I need to make to make it work better?

I have the same problem with my Samsung UE40MU6400UXTZ.
Unfortunately, I lost the original DUMP.
I purchased a new W25Q40CL, can you help me in any way?
    My programmer is CH341A.
Hi, well, without the original dump, how can I help you, the only option is to select one for your software version, in this thread I posted a lot of corrected dumps, select one (make some kind of adapter, so as not to unsolder and solder each time to check)
Let me add that the diagonal is not important here, it can be any number, and any four-digit number will also work, that is, look for any dump Ux xxMUxxxx.
