Aquos LC-C6554U White boxed area

What would cause the to happen on a Sharp 65” Aquos TV Model # LC-C6554U? TV works great beside this white boxed area on the bottom right corner.

issue with the driver board along the bottom near that side. check the SMD capacitors along with the tab itself near the area. Was some body doing some window washing? :-)
