Aquos LC-C6554U White boxed area
What would cause the to happen on a Sharp 65” Aquos TV Model # LC-C6554U? TV works great beside this white boxed area on the bottom right corner.... -

pazoline did you get a chance to change the bad t-con board yet? I have not had a chance to get the ribbon cables installed yet. To many projects going on. -

Here are pictures of the 4 ribbon cable tips. As you can see they are shot. It's a beautiful TV and I would hate to see it go to the landfill......Leave a comment:

This is what I believe happened. The first picture was what the original post for sale was. Then I believe the owner played around with the t-con ribbon cables which he must of damaged. The second picture is now....Leave a comment:

Diah I replaced the T-Con board and in the process it looks like the t-con ribbon cables are damaged. Can't seem to be able to find new cables. I think the previous owner must of damaged them.Leave a comment:

Turn out that the power supply that I had gotten was bad. Replaced the power supply board and that fixed the problem.Leave a comment:

I have ordered a T-CON board today since it was only $25. Thanks for your help and I will post once I get and swap the T-CON board. Hopefully it fixes the issue. Once again thanks for your help.Leave a comment:
