    Toshiba 37RV633D

    Hello guys!
    TV: Toshiba 37RV633D
    MAINBOARD: V28A000938A1 PE0719
    PSU: SRV2169WW
    The TV when plugged in turns on by itself - the power led shines green for a few seconds, then turns red and it stays that way (standby?). I noticed that CPU on the mainboard gets hot, so I replaced it with the same model from 32 inch TV. The situation changed - the led on the front panel shines green all the time, but the screen is black. I meassured voltages on PSU, P-SIG and P-LCD shows 0. Is this bad PSU?

      Please attach pictures using 'GO ADVANCED' of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards so we can see what we are dealing with.
