lucky got on my table the last LG 2019 / 2020 series LCD with NANO Cells TV under type SM & NANO in size of 55 both suffer same reason caused fault. i share it here as advice to whom like repair or buy this series of LG.
i am not going to talk on the good picture etc.. because its all nothings when the set cant hold one year at normal working.
1- the set generate heat at the panel sheet film look like heater.. its good enough at winter time to heat yours living room, with level little more than OLED Module..
2- standing on cheap unstable plastic stander which the set waved left and right or forward and backward so easy even it may waved with small room ventilator wind.
because of the point 1 as its the main reason of heating to bring the film sheet of the IPS lcd to be fragile easy when any move caused by unstable standing with windows or door winds blow in room. don't laugh its really what .. happened at my customers... the resolution's only if its hold on wall.. but the heat will remain and you may need to repaint your wall.. LOL
3 the important things.. when you apply INSTOP command to reset the set to factory condition and follow it with code (0413 ) the set will accept the command.. but after it goes to stand by mode you need to wait until the screen cool down to start the first installation.
attached 2 photos which one blank after INSTOP and the second with some things show on screen after cooling down. the broken caused on screen some one hit the corner of the set from right top side..
