Samsung un55d6003sfxza LCD TV issues

Hello,
I have a Samsung un55d6003sfxza TV that is locked up.
I can't turn it off, I can't change any inputs, channels, volume, menu, etc. The only thing showing on the screen is a window showing that I am on the hdmi2 input. If I unplug the TV for 24 hours and plug it in,it powers itself up and comes right back up to a frozen screen showing the hdmi2 input window.

Any thoughts?

Try heating the eeprom with a hairdryer or cooling it with freeze spray or duster upside down, see if it comes on or anything changes.

With tv on try holding the power button in on tv not remote for about 30 seconds or until it restarts, see if that does anything.

While the TV is On, press and hold the EXIT button on the Samsung remote control for 12 seconds. The standby light should blink the entire time without interruption. 2 The Factory Reset screen displays a warning message. Select OK to reset the TV.

press and hold the power button on the TV not the remote, for at least 10 seconds. Then wait a few minutes and plug the TV back in and press power.

Hi, Thanks for responding.
This TV has capacitive button. Not real buttons. I did try everything you asked using the capacitive button. No luck.
I also tried the remote menu button. Still no luck.
Is there an easy way to tell which IC is the eprom? I haven't tried that yet.
I tried to attach pic of IC's.

Ok, this one uses NAND FLASH.

I think it's IC1302, try freezing it with freeze spray or upside down duster spray, see if tv comes on or tries to.

I tried freezing both ICs. No change in how the unit acts.

As soon as I plug the TV into power it immediately powers up, it flashes the "Samsung smart tv" logo for a second or two and then goes to a black screen with the hdmi2 input window frozen in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

Could try unplugging the wifi module if equipped, see if tv responds then.

I didn't download a firmware change but that doesn't mean one of the kids didnt.... any way to verify this?

Try freezing IC901.
