Hello I have this 46" Toshiba. Powers on great sound works. All voltages are good on psb, and all the caps and boards look good. Will shut off after 4 or 5 minutes and then come back on. ???

I would re-seat all the connectors, check solder joints, make sure all board mounting screws are on tight.
Take the Voltage reading on the power supply connectors when TV is working and when it is not, that may give you clue as to what is going on.Never stop learning
