Samsung Lcd pannel

Hello guys,
Need some help.
I have this LCD pannel DE260AGA-B1, that has a shorted cap. Fuse is blown but that's not the problem.
Does anyone knows the value of this cap (c103, Red arrow)?
Service manual is also fine

I would estimate it to be around 14.7 ~ 10uF, it is connected right after ferrites bead inductor B101 which is fed by the fuse. Right now you should be able to power up the TV and gets pictures if there is nothing else wrong with the panel.
I just fixed Sony with similar failed cap.
