LG RZ-42PX10 PLASMA, dead PSU

Hi all,

I have an LG RZ-42PX10 with damaged PSU for sure, I don't know if the rest boards are ok and don't know what caused the problem.

PSU is Sanken: PSC10089E

MM shows no voltage in any outgoing voltage pins, first fuse is ok.
The relay is not clicking/closing circuit.
The 2 first big caps show 300sth V
The little diode besides the relay beeps both ways in diode test. One value is 71 and vice versa probes 58
Any suggestions?

Another interesting thing to me is, I found the diode FMB34 right after the 5V transformer, in diode test mode shows
with red probe in center and black at edges value on MM screen 96 and vice versa value 78
