TV Image with ghost colors and artifacts

Hello, i have an TV with some ghosting/bad image, LCD is not cracked and has not been impacted, everything works without lag only have this problem on image no matter the source or the input.
It's not the first time i had TVs with this problem, so i come ask what is the commun problem given this situation. I can only think off MB, TCON or Screen but not sure which one is.
The vertical white line follow the mouse pointer, that means the line is not fixed but moves along the cursor.
It seens where's a white pixel a vertical strip is shown at that column

Thats bad news
What you repair people do when the problem is the panel? It is worth to get a new one to repair? I ask because the screens cost alot, sometimes more than the TV

you can try and locate the faulty cof or connection point under the panel frame and apply pressure to it to see if you can patch it temporarily, otherwise it is only good for parts.
