Tv has sound inputs work, dark area i feel is a bad led, but dont know about the blurry area. Open to any ideas. Thanks!

Try flexing the bezel to see if it will change.
Also show us the pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing all the board, this one may have tab bonding board on the bottom edge of the screen which gets damaged by cleaning liquid.Never stop learning
