Black Screen won’t power on

Hello,

Newbie here, just wondering if someone can help me out
I have Samsung UN50EH5300FXZC Ver. PJ05
Black Screen with standby Light on and sometimes blinking
I have read some treads for troubleshooting but still confuse
I have check for burn capacitors but all are good, connections are also good
done plugging it on with the main board disconnected and backlight
Is showing on, some say it was the main board some say it's T Con.
Is it worth fixing this TV to buy the parts or no.

What parts I need to replace and where to get them

Do you have voltage on both sides of fuse on t-con board?
