Title kinda says it all.
Basic symptoms/behavior:
TV turns on fine, works fine for anywhere from 5 to 20-ish minutes, then shuts off. Refuses to power on. Disconnecting from power and leaving it off for at least 45 minutes will get it to turn on again, usually with a shorter time to poweroff.
I'm guessing some power component is overheating on the power board, then it's borked until it cools down. Would love any guidance. I've been going through the excellent PDF guides and watching several youtube videos (which is how I found this forum in the first place), and I have enough electronics experience to give me some level of confidence I won't injure myself doing this.
I'm going to use an IR temp gun to montor temps on various components to see if I can catch which ones are still increasing in temp right before it fails.
Photo of the power board is attached.
