Lg65ub9200 no pic standby volts on power bd
3.5,12,24 volts ok
Blinking red lite on power bd- blinks 5 times then repeats
Red lite on main bd
No back lite using flash lite test
Don't know if sound works
What should I check next? Help

I r&r power board no help.
I got different symptoms i.e. Relay clinks on then off- no red on main board and no red lite blinking on power board. Defective board from
Shopjimmy? Leaning to the main board.
Anybody got a cue? Reinstalled original power board and it returned original symptoms of post 8/20/17
