    47pfl3603d/27

I got this tv in Jan. and it had the arcing transformer solder joint. Fixed it( 5th set with this ). Tv turns on and plays great. I gave it to my aunt and she loved it. She called me last week stating that when you turn off the tv it starts clicking 6 seconds later.
I picked it back up and it tries to power itself on after 6 sec. It cycles every 5 seconds. To turn it back on you have to time it just when it starts to click or unplug and plug back in.
I did a firmware update but no change. All the caps look good and I didnt want to remove them if I dont have to.
Anybody have a clue as to what is going on?

without troubleshooting this would be too difficult to know what's going on.
I need picture of the power supply board, i need also the voltages on the connector of the main power supply.

Not all caps leak or bulge when they go bad, especialy the small ones like 22uf 50v etc. Usually if it does start after multiple trys its a cap. Check and see what your standby voltage is and if its droping when it trys to start.
