I need some help. My LG 60PX950 died on me. The set will power on, but I cannot get anything on the display. I can tell the panel is gettin power since it has a slight glow when the power is on. I can press the volume button and the light on the tv flashes, but nothing comes up on the screen. Before this happened the tv would have some pink vertical lines in the screen from time to time (1 pixel in width), but they would not always be in the screen if I turned off the tv and then turned it back on. I would like to try to repair the unit, but I am not sure what board I would need to buy to attempt to repair it. Any one have any ideas?

Center of control board, lower right. Two holes marked R52 & R51. Take a paperclip bent in a U and put an end in each hole, only after shutting down the tv!!!!!!! Remove the flat ribbon cable that goes to the mainboard. Turn on set. You should see test patterns on the screen. If you do, the mainboard on yours is bad.
