LG 60PV250 Plasma - Horizontal Lines on any input, and when menu is up

While watching movies/tv, horizontal lines randomly flicker.

And here is a picture of the lines when the menu is up and there is nothing plugged into the input.

Is there anything I can replace to fix this or is the tv just bad?

I'd say it's either

30% buffer fault.

70% bad panel.

Try reseating the orange ribbon cables back into the buffer harness. Give them a good clean with alcohol.

If not you could try replacing the buffers though not a high chance it will work.

Lines are never a good sign for LCDs or Plasmas.

Thanks, I'll try cleaning/reseating. I haven't taken off the back of the TV yet, but does this look like the right thing to buy? Seems like a good deal for the three buffers.

no the buffers are to the left side of the tv if you're looking at it from the back with the cover off.

the item youve posted above run along the bottom, they are not the cause of your fault
