Element ELEFT502 with flickering image (not backlights)

I am working on Element ELEFT502 that has issue where the screen flickers. It is not backlight related, see video below. It does not matter if the TV cold starts or if it was on for several hours. Every now and then out of the blue, the picture "stabilizes" for second or two, but 99.9% it is like the video shows.

I have cleaned the connectors, inspected the tab bonds, no change. There is no T-Con board on this set. Would it be a safe bet that the driver boards or gate drivers went south?

    Power supply problem...Most likely e-caps need change-out.

I have replaced the 10 caps in the upper right corner of the board, still the same issue. Should I try replacing the other smaller caps on the board as well?

You need to take a look at P2. It may well have a poor connection having been distorted. It could be causing power supply fluctuations. I would lift it out straighten the legs and solder it back in place.

Willing to help but I'm no expert.

Yes, I have swapped that one out as well when I was doing the caps.

Make sure all ground screws tight. Check solder at connectors. Wiggle wires. Seems like connection problem.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Yes, that was my initial though, and that is exactly what I did. All connections were cleaned and re-seated. Main power connections were re-soldered. Cables were wiggled and pulled and still no difference.

I am going to disconnect the PSU from the main board and let it drive the LEDs only. I will use another PSU to drive the main board only and see if that makes any difference. Wish me luck, I have never done this before.

So, I tried hooking up external 12V power supply to the main board bypassing 12V source from TVs PSU, but the issue was still the same. I was still pulling 5V from the TVs PSU, I don't have a external 5V PSU on hand right now.
