Hi does any one know how i can enter the service mode for this tv , i need to check how many hours the tv has been used.

I have tried holding the menu button on the tv and menu button on the remote for 10 seconds as shown on toms post but this fails to get me a service menu. -

I managed to get into the service menu using an handset from a lg plasma tv
model PX42 5D. Hold menu button on tv and hold menu button on the remote control. I did not have the original remote control for the LCD 47 5000. Some slight differences with the remotes i think.Comment
