Norcent LT-3250 TV with no display from inputs or OSD

The TV turns on via the side power button as expected. The front led is green. The screen is dark but the backlight is turned on. None of the other buttons have any effect. The TV does not respond to any inputs. The screen fails to display anything. When I put my ear near the speakers, I can hear a faint hiss.

I've searched the Internet at great length for a service manual and have failed to find one. I looked at a manual for a "similar" model (LT2025W), but it was of little help. I was, however, able to determine that the power supply appears to be outputting the right voltages at the expected places; 5V, 12V, and 24V. I've determined that the fault likely lies somewhere on the main control board.

All of the electrolytics on each board that I could see appear to be in good physical shape and not leaking. Nothing looks or smells burnt.

Before I try to afford the time and energy to dig deeper to explore this issue, a manual or some direction would be most appreciated.

    Thank you for your help.

Can we have some high resolution, straight shot pictures of your boards and another one of the back side of the TV, so we can see how they are connected together? Can you hear any audio?

You could probe the LVDS with an oscilloscope.
