The TV turns on via the side power button as expected. The front led is green. The screen is dark but the backlight is turned on. None of the other buttons have any effect. The TV does not respond to any inputs. The screen fails to display anything. When I put my ear near the speakers, I can hear a faint hiss.

I've searched the Internet at great length for a service manual and have failed to find one. I looked at a manual for a "similar" model (LT2025W), but it was of little help. I was, however, able to determine that the power supply appears to be outputting the right...
