What I guise you need file for USB.You can unzip this exe file.or double click it ,flash file will be created in pen drive

Run exe file.it will create necessary file(s) on USB drive.after creating USB drive remove it safely from PC ,put it in led TV USB socket and power it.

You're wrong. He needs the dump file and it must be loaded on the chip using a programmer
