Does anyone know where i can get a repair kit for the panasonic SC board?
Can't seem to find one anywhere online. Thanks for the input.

Hi all,
i have a vizio VP422 hdtv10a that won't turn on it does 2 clicks when i plug it in, no response from power button or remote. The lite on the stand-up board on the PSB blinks 2 times pauses 2 times etc. all the voltage i have is
5VSB--5.33
PS_ON--0.49
AC_DET--5.21
VS_on---0.13
no fuses are blown.
