Customer says that hitting power button like 40x TV will eventually turn on. Opened up and saw expected bad capacitors. Replaced all caps even some on the primary side, same problem.
Forced PS and inverters on, backlights come up and stay up.
Have all PS voltages, except the 5.1v 3.5a line is missing, that should be on pins 13-16 on CN801.
Is this the problem or is this because main board is disconnected?
When first monitoring voltages with main board connected, PS-ON comes up and goes out every few seconds, no backlights.

Also just saw the DET_5V pin on connector CNI805, this pin ohms out directly to the missing 5.1V line.
What is the purpose of QM853 (STM4472) in last photo, one side of IC goes to STDBY 5.1V, other side the other 5.1V line.?
