SMPS SMD IC901 may be the problem (need to get the P/N as printed on top so we can verify if it is getting the VCC to run or not), or the startup cap (the small electrolytics cap in the primary side).

That is what is printed on the top of IC901. Pin number 6 is the VCC. It is getting 11.6VDC. Positive leg of the cap has 11.6VDC also.

Ok, I replaced IC901, and the tv is up and running again. Thanks for the help budm.
