Have black bars half way tv top and bottom of screen is cheap 10 dollar plasma. Does tv look like a easy fix? Id have to drive a little but is it worth it?

Pioneer brand ? I would avoid this as Pioneer Plasmas the vertical address drivers are panel bonded looks like some of them have failed causing loss of vertical data drive.Please Do Not PM My Page Asking For Help Badcaps Is The Place For Advise, Page Linked For Business Reasons Only.
